Join the Reservations team at Eden Retreat as a Sales Reservations Consultant. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales through inbound and outbound calls. You will be a key player in achieving the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

n

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from potential customers and provide detailed information on Eden Retreat's luxury accommodation offerings

n

Utilise excellent communication skills to convert enquiries into bookings

n

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, pricing and policies

n

Provide a seamless booking experience and handle any customer queries or concerns

n

Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities

n

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

n

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

n

Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities

n

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

n





Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

n

Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury travel
