Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Gliderol team in Pinkenba. This role acts as a vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring enquiries, orders and claims are managed accurately and efficiently.

n

Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function.

What you will do

- Processing customer orders, credits, warranty claims and damage claims
n
- Providing customer support via phone, email and online channels
n
- Assisting with product troubleshooting and spare parts enquiries
n
- Managing account administration and customer records
n

n

What we require

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
n
- Proven problem-solving skills and customer focused approachAbility to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
n
- Confidence in using business systems and customer service software
n
- Positive attitude and wiliness to learn and grow with the role

- Exposure to CRM, ERP, order processing, inventory or invoicing systems

- Experience supporting a sales or customer service team
