About the role

n

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is integral to providing exceptional client care and supporting the overall wellbeing of our aged care and NDIS clients.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to Support at Home Aged Care and NDIS clients, including conducting assessments, wound care, administering medications, and coordinating treatment plans.
n
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
n
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
n
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
n
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met by adhering to all relevant aged care/ NDIS regulations, policies, and procedures.
n
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure seamless, client-centric care
n
- You will work in our office in Roselands NSW and provide in home client visits as required on a weekly basis.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

n

n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)




n
- Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare or community setting.
n
- Strong clinical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles and best practices
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families from CALD background
n
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care
n
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and ability to learn recent software's.
n
- High level clinical skills including expertise in dementia, wound care, catheter care and palliative care
n
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environment.
n
- Knowledge and understanding of community care programs (Aged Care and NDIS) and relevant principles and Standards
n
- Australian driver license and access to vehicle
n
