Stellar Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person, who thrives under pressure and is team-orientated, to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is passionate about patient care and has excellent communication skills.

The Role

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Wound care
- Recalls and Reminders
- Triage management
- Immunisations
- Chronic Disease management
- Health Assessments
- Treatment room assistance as required
- Patient education, support and building links to the community
- Stock maintenance and ordering

Qualifications & Experience

- Current AHPRA registration.
- Current CPR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing a high level of care.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Computer literacy- Best practice software
- Previous experience within General Practice is not essential.
