- Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes
- Responsible for the management of kitchen operations
- Maintain quality of food of all stages of food preparation
- Responsible for the management of safe and hygienic work environment
- Train other kitchen staff
- Check the food temperature and ensure its is fresh
- Work in a team workplace
- As and when required work alongside with the Owner and contribute towards the menu
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work in line with budget
- Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock.
