About the Role

n

We are seeking a capable and motivated Site Engineer to join our project team delivering the Goondiwindi Levee Restoration Works.

n

Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of earthworks, drainage, sheet piling and riverbank remediation activities across the project.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating day-to-day site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Supporting the delivery of earthworks, drainage, sheet piling and civil works packages.
n
- Monitoring productivity, quantities, costs and programme outcomes.
n
- Preparing and maintaining engineering, quality and project documentation.
n
- Assisting with short-term planning, procurement and construction methodologies.
n
- Ensuring compliance with project safety, environmental and quality requirements.
n

Your Skills and Experience

n

n
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar.
n
- On-site experience as a Site Engineer, Graduate Engineer or equivalent within civil construction.
n
- Exposure to earthworks, drainage, structures, water infrastructure or general civil projects.
n
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and survey information.
n
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
n
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
n
- Experience in river remediation, levee works, sheet piling, marine construction, water infrastructure or geotechnical projects will be highly regarded
n
- Willingness to work on a site-based DIDO arrangement in Goondiwindi.
