An exciting prospect has become available to join a fast-growing and innovative property business specialising in helping investors maximise the performance of their investment properties.

With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service and tailored property solutions, the business is continuing to expand and is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its residential property management portfolio.

The Role

n

As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the residential rent roll by building strong relationships with property investors and landlords while delivering an exceptional client experience.
n Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and inbound enquiries.
n
- Conducting rental appraisals and presenting tailored property management solutions.
n
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords and property investors.
n
- Managing the onboarding of new properties into the portfolio.
n
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline through CRM systems.
n
- Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience.
n




- Achieving monthly growth targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
n

About youWe're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who is confident communicating with clients and motivated by achieving results.
n You'll also have:

n

n
- Current experience as a BDM within real estate.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
n
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
n
- The ability to manage your own pipeline and consistently work towards targets.
n
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
n
