Exciting things are happening at Volt Edge! We're looking for passionate Trainers and Assessors to join our expanding Brisbane locations to deliver high-quality training across High Voltage (HV), Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA), QTP & QBP, Instrumentation and other specialist electrical programs.

The Role

n

As a Trainer and Assessor with Volt Edge, you'll bring real-world industry experience into the training environment and help develop the next generation of electrical professionals.

n

You will:

n

n
- Deliver engaging, industry-focused training and assessments using our established, high-quality training resources.
n
- Facilitate practical sessions designed around real-world electrical work environments and scenarios.
n
- Use our online Learning Management System (LMS) to assess theory, provide meaningful learner feedback and monitor progress.
n
- Coach and mentor learners, helping them build the technical skills, confidence and knowledge required to succeed in industry.
n
- Adapt your delivery to different learning styles while maintaining training quality, consistency and compliance.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training resources, programs and delivery methods.
n




- Work collaboratively with our training and support teams to provide an outstanding learner experience.

Training Areas

n

We're particularly interested in candidates who can deliver training across at least two of the following areas:

n

n
- High Voltage (HV)
n
- Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
n
- QTP & QBP
n
- Instrumentation – Certificate III & IV
n
- Solar & Battery Systems
n
- Refrigeration – Certificate II & III
n

n

The more areas you can confidently deliver, the higher your earning potential.

About You

n

You're an experienced electrical professional who knows your trade and enjoys helping and developing others become better at theirs.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent vocational education and training qualification.
n
- Demonstrated training and/or assessment experience, particularly in HV and/or EEHA.
n
- Strong practical industry experience and current technical knowledge.
n
- The ability and willingness to deliver across additional training areas where your experience allows.
n
- An engaging training persona with excellent communication skills.
n
- The ability to adapt your delivery and resources to meet the needs of different learners while maintaining compliance.
n
- Confidence using digital learning platforms, LMS systems and standard computer applications.
n
- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and developing people.
n
