The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you'll be responsible for the performance of your portfolio, working across leasing, tenant relationships, budgets, forecasting, compliance and asset strategy.

n

You'll manage leasing negotiations and renewals, oversee financial performance, build robust tenant relationships and identify opportunities to improve the assets and drive value.

n

The role offers a great mix of hands-on property management and broader strategic exposure, working closely with tenants, agents, consultants and internal stakeholders.

n

About You

n

We're looking for an experienced retail or commercial property professional ready to take the next step.

n

n
- Experience in Centre Management,Portfolio Management, Retail Management or Retail Administration
n
- Strong understanding of retail or commercial property
n
- Experience across leasing, tenants and property operations
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- Commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities
n
