TAG has an exciting prospect for an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our onsite team at one of our national client sites in Eastern Creek.

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys recruitment, building robust relationships, supporting employees and working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment.

The Prospect

About the Role

n

As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse workforce and client by managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance and day‐to‐day workforce requirements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Recruit warehouse team members through candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees and the client.
n
- Provide day‐to‐day people management support, including coaching and addressing attendance and performance matters.
n
- Create and maintain accurate employee rosters based on operational requirements, availability and workforce needs.
n
- Monitor employee performance onsite and provide regular feedback and coaching.
n
- Work closely with the client to understand their workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
n
- Support a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices and ensuring employees understand and follow site requirements.
n
- Assist with general onsite workforce administration and recruitment activities as required.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised,



proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You will ideally have:

n

- Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, HR or a people‐focused role.
n
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and employees.
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
n
- The confidence to have difficult conversations and manage performance or attendance matters professionally.
n
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced warehouse environment.
n
- A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
