The Role

n

We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to manage and grow our presence across Sydney Metro area with some regional visits required. This role is a balance of hands-on merchandising and proactive sales, focused on strengthening existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

You will play a key role in driving brand exposure, increasing distribution, and delivering sales growth across your territory.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage and develop your designated sales territory

n





Maximise in-store execution to increase shelf space and market share

n

Drive and execute promotional activity in store

n

Grow distribution through selling in core range and NPD products

n

Implement displays and merchandising initiatives

n

Build and maintain robust customer relationships

n

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all activities

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

Proven experience in the FMCG industry (independent sector highly regarded)

n

Strong communication and time management skills

n

Highly organised, task-focused, and goal-oriented

n

High attention to detail and pride in your work

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

Solid computer and data entry skills

n

Requirements

Willingness to travel as required (monthly away run 3 nights)
