Solidcast is a growing precast concrete manufacturer based in Wauchope, NSW. We are expanding our factory team and are looking for experienced concreters and formworkers who take pride in producing high-quality work.

These are factory-based roles working on the manufacture of precast concrete panels and other structural precast elements.

The Roles

n

We are looking for skilled people with experience in one or more of the following:

n

n
- Concrete placing, vibrating, screeding and finishing
n
- High-quality concrete finishing and remedial work
n
- Formwork and mould construction
n
- Reading drawings and setting out
n
- Installing cast-in items, ferrules and reinforcement
n
- Precast concrete manufacture
n
- Carpentry or formwork carpentry
n
- General precast factory operations
n

What We're Looking For

n

We want people who are experienced, reliable and productive.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Strong concreting and/or formwork experience
n




- Good attention to detail and pride in the finished product
n
- Ability to read plans and work accurately
n
- Experience working independently as well as part of a production team
n
- A strong understanding of workplace safety
n
- Reliable attendance and a valuable work ethic
n

n

Precast experience is highly regarded but not essential if you are a skilled concreter, formworker or carpenter with transferable experience.

n

Trade qualifications are advantageous, but demonstrated skill and experience are more important to us than qualifications alone.
