Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule service technicians and maintenance works
n
- Manage customer service requests and work order administration
n
- Prepare purchase orders, and service documentation
n




- Process invoices and assist with customer billing enquiries
n
- Maintain service records, asset registers, and compliance documentation
n
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
n
- Assist with monthly reporting and administrative support
n
- Support the Service Manager and broader operations team
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in an administration, service coordination, or customer service role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
n
- Experience using ERP, service management, or maintenance systems will be highly regarded
n
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
