SACHA DRAKE is an established premium Australian womenswear label with two Brisbane boutiques, a thriving online store and partnerships with THE ICONIC, David Jones, Wolf & Badger and retailers nationwide.

We're looking for a confident fashion sales professional who builds rapport easily, delivers exceptional service and knows how to turn a customer enquiry into a sale.

n

About the role

n

Based in our front office at Woolloongabba and reporting to the Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you will be our main customer service representative and the first point of contact for SACHA DRAKE.

n

You'll manage customer enquiries across phone, email and online chat, helping customers choose the right styles, answering questions and confidently guiding them through their purchase.

n

Front-office and reception duties are a core part of this position, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.

n

This is a hands-on role with weekly and monthly sales targets. Your primary focus will be customer service and sales, with supporting responsibilities across eCommerce and product administration.

Customer service, sales & reception

n

- Take ownership of day-to-day customer enquiries across phone, email and online chat, providing prompt, professional and personalised service.
n
- Answer incoming Head Office calls, greet visitors and manage general reception enquiries.
n
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, actively identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into purchases.
n
- Use your fashion knowledge to advise on fit, sizing, styling and suitable alternatives.
n
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and website enquiries.
n
- Manage enquiries through Gorgias, keeping accurate records and following through to resolution.
n
- Process daily online returns and exchanges.
n
- Follow up Back in Stock requests, outstanding enquiries and sales opportunities.
n
- Work closely with the Warehouse, boutiques and Head Office team to resolve customer issues and deliver a seamless experience.

eCommerce & administration support

n

- Provide backup to the eCommerce team with Shopify basic website changes.
n
- Assist with promotions, product launches and online product presentation as required.
n
- Help keep product information, pricing and stock details accurate.
n




- Assist with marketplace orders, returns and product updates when needed.
n
- Support general Head Office administration and other reasonable duties as directed.
n

About you

n

You're a capable, proactive salesperson who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in getting the details right. You're comfortable picking up the phone, recommending a style and following up to secure a sale.

n

You will bring:

- Strong fashion retail sales experience, with a proven record of achieving targets and KPIs.
n
- A natural ability to build relationships and convert customer enquiries into sales.
n
- Confidence advising customers on clothing, fit and styling.
n
- Excellent phone manner and clear, professional written communication.
n
- Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through.
n
- The ability to manage competing enquiries while remaining warm, composed and efficient.
n
- A willingness to take ownership of customer service, reception and the daily tasks that keep the front office running smoothly.
n
- Experience with Gorgias and Indigo8 would be highly regarded.
