Leasing Consultant / Assistant PM (Hybrid Role) | Up to $70,000 | Central

I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded residential real estate business in central Canberra to secure an experienced Leasing Assistant / Assistant PM for their established and high-performing team.

This role would suit someone energetic, organized and confident who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, meeting people daily and delivering a high level of customer service. You'll be responsible for managing the leasing process from enquiry through to move-in while working closely with the Property Management and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Assistant:

- Conduct open homes and private inspections
n
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process
n




- Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email
n
- Liaise with landlords and prospective tenants
n
- Coordinate advertising and online listings
n
- Maintain rental lists and database accuracy
n
- Ensure properties are presented to a high standard
n
- Work closely with Property Management and BDM teams
n

Requirements of the Leasing Assistant:

n

- Previous residential leasing experience
n
- Current ACT Real Estate Certificate / Registration
n
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
- Strong communication skills
n
