The Role

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to join us as an Influencer Talent Manager. You'll build and own your own roster of creators, becoming their go-to person across personal brand strategy, career growth, brand partnerships and everything in between.

You'll be pitching big ideas, negotiating exciting campaigns, building relationships with global brands and agencies, and helping your talent turn their creative potential into real commercial opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Director, this is a rapid-paced, highly dynamic role where no two days look the same. You'll have the autonomy to own your roster and make decisions confidently, backed by robust training, weekly 1:1s, proven processes and a team that genuinely has your back.

You'll be working across campaigns with some of the biggest names in the industry, from L'Oréal and Louis Vuitton to MANGO, H&M;, NYX, Maybelline, and beyond.

Creator Management

n

- Manage a portfolio of creators, providing high-touch support, strategic guidance and career direction.
n
- Develop tailored growth plans based on each creator's personal brand, audience and commercial potential.

- Advise on content strategy, positioning, pricing and brand alignment.
n
- Lead regular check-ins and build trusted, long-term relationships with talent.
n
- Review applications and support the onboarding of new creators.
n

Brand Partnerships & Commercial Growth

n

- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners.
n
- Proactively identify, pitch and secure partnership opportunities for talent.
n
- Lead negotiations across rates, campaign scope, usage,



exclusivity and commercial terms.

- Develop long-term brand relationships that drive repeat and ongoing opportunities.

Campaign Management

n

- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to content approval, posting and reporting.
n
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high creative standard.
n
- Provide strategic content direction while protecting each creator's voice and achieving campaign objectives.
n
- Coordinate timelines, contracts, approvals and communication across talent, clients and internal teams.
n
- Review campaign performance and apply insights to future strategy.
n

Operations & Reporting

n

- Maintain accurate campaign records, talent dashboards and partnership documentation.
n
- Monitor portfolio performance, revenue and key deliverables.
n
- Ensure contracts, agency policies and commercial terms are consistently followed.
n

Who You Are:

- 1-4 years' experience in marketing is essential, across relevant fields such as social media, project management, partnerships, account management or a related field.
n
- A natural relationship builder who earns the trust of talent and the respect of clients.
n
- Commercially switched on, with the confidence to identify opportunities, pitch ideas and negotiate effectively.
n
- A clear, thoughtful communicator who can manage talent, brands and internal teams with ease.
n
- Strong understanding of social media, content trends and audience behaviour.
n
- Highly organised, proactive and calm when managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
- Passionate about creators, personal brands, marketing and building long-term partnerships.
