We're currently seeking Experienced Support Workers in Morwell and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one support to our participants, helping them build confidence, independence, and connection in their daily lives.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
n
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is required
n
- A warm, empathetic nature and a genuine interest in supporting others
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and comfort
n




- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, physical disabilities, or high personal care requirements
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring, collaborative team
n
- Flexibility to adapt to each participant's unique routines and goals
n
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability are all acceptable qualifications for this role
n
- Current First Aid Certification
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Rights to work in Australia
n
- 100 points of ID (e.g. passport, driver's licence, Medicare, etc.)
