For this opportunity, we are partnering with a growing Canberra consultancy that is expanding its Technology Strategy and Business Transformation practice.

About The Opportunity

n





We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join a growing Technology Strategy and Business Transformation team.

n

The role will see you working directly with senior stakeholders across government, corporate and not for profit organisations to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change.

n

You'll work across a combination of strategy, advisory and delivery, with projects spanning technology strategy, operating models, business transformation, program delivery and organisational change.

n

Typical responsibilities include:

n

n
- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
n
- Design operating models, processes and business cases
n
- Lead programs, PMOs and project delivery activities
n
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand complex business and technology challenges
n
- Translate strategic challenges into practical and achievable outcomes
n
- Support clients through implementation and organisational change
n
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development
n
- Support business development and the growth of client relationships
n

Skills & Experience

n

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:

n

- Experience in technology consulting, advisory, professional services, transformation or program delivery
n
- Experience leading technology, digital or business transformation engagements
n
- Strong technology strategy, advisory and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, operating models or business cases
n
- Strong communication and structured problem-solving abilities
n
- Experience working directly with senior executives and decision makers
n
- The ability to manage engagements from initial scoping and analysis through to delivery
n
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain the appropriate security clearance
n
