What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior retail leader, with a proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to make decisions that positively impact store results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Take ownership of overall store performance, including sales, UPT and added-value metrics.
- Lead from the front and engage with customers on the shop floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while sharing your passion and knowledge of Skechers products.

- Coach and mentor your team through hands-on, on-floor leadership.

Own Store Operations

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, prioritising and delegating effectively.
- Monitor business performance, communicating weekly wins, opportunities and key results.
- Maintain high standards across stock accuracy, shrink, wage control, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure all people safety policies and procedures are consistently followed.
