Shape business and technology outcomes through requirements, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

- Define, prioritise and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements for medium-sized, complex initiatives.
- Produce user stories, BPMN models, business rules, process maps and benefits measurement artefacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder input, establish requirements baselines and maintain traceability using standardised tools and templates.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in business modelling, process improvement, situation analysis and feasibility assessment.
- Strong client engagement skills and experience working with business teams, testers, developers, architects and management.




- Relevant industry certification and an NV1 security clearance; data modelling, DevOps and requirements traceability are desirable.

Location: Canberra (on site)
Contract: 12 months, with two possible 12-month extensions
Hours: 40 hours per week
