About the Role

- Paediatric-focused Speech Pathologist positions in North Canberra




- Flexible scheduling and strong work–life balance: 25 hours per week onsite in a clinic-based, plus 13 hours of remote work from home
- Mix caseload of complex paediatric clients (with optional adult)
- Referral-driven service from GPs and word-of-mouth, with allocation from a large waiting list
- Participation in family intake assessments and multidisciplinary care planning

- Performance-based bonus: $100 for each client seen above tailored clinician-based KPI targets, with potential to earn up to $130,000 per year
