About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our growing team in Hamilton, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position will assist in the successful execution of various engineering projects within energy infrastructure.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of inspection, testing and quality assurance activities across the project, supporting projects delivered by AEC and the wider OCU ANZ Group. The role ensures inspection and test plans, quality records and non-conformance documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with PMO quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and supporting quality records.
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Assist with maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Identify and escalate quality risks or delays.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements.

Key Skills,



Experience and Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Quality Auditing, Business or related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in quality coordination or quality administration within construction, infrastructure or renewables
- Understanding of inspection and test processes and quality documentation.
- Understanding of project environments and quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
