Lead the performance, safety and presentation of a diverse property portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, contractor management, and operational performance of multiple sites. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments while driving continuous improvement and value across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance, presentation, compliance and safety issues.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality workmanship and service delivery.
- Oversee maintenance, capital works, and minor works projects from scope through to completion.
- Support compliance initiatives and help resolve operational and facilities-related risks.
- Review contractor performance, reports, and project outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise and coordinate facilities activities.
- Provide reporting, recommendations, and solutions to improve facilities operations.
- Participate in an on-call roster to support urgent after-hours maintenance matters.

About You

- Previous experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, and contractor management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large portfolio.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and project costs.
- Confident using systems and reporting tools to track maintenance and project activity.




- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
