An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a diverse North Shore portfolio of approximately 250 lots.

Working across residential strata, mixed-use, commercial and Build-to-Rent assets, this is a varied, hands-on role offering plenty of autonomy and exposure across multiple asset classes.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for residents, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of approximately 250 lots across Lane Cove & Lindfield
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs
- Manage contractors, trades and service providers
- Conduct building inspections and oversee presentation and common areas
- Build strong relationships with residents, tenants and key stakeholders
- Assist with compliance, WHS and general building requirements
- Manage building requests through MYBOS and BuildingLink
- Maintain accurate building records and reporting

About You





You will ideally have previous experience within Building Management or Facilities Management, along with:

- Experience across strata, mixed-use, BTR or commercial assets
- Strong maintenance and contractor management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
- MYBOS and/or BuildingLink experience highly regarded
- Ability to travel between Lane Cove and Lindfield
