Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM, particularly in ServiceNow CMDB. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, focusing on CMDB functionalities.

n

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

n

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications,



ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

n

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.

n

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

n

Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.

n

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Mandatory Skills

n

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, with a focus on CMDB.

n

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

n

Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Glide, REST APIs, and integration capabilities.

n

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a agile environment.

n

Note- Must have valid Australian work Authorization.
