Stone Real Estate is looking for a confident, reliable and customer-focused Saturday Leasing Executive to join our Property Management team.

This is a great chance for someone looking for regular Saturday work within a professional and supportive real estate environment. You'll be responsible for conducting open homes across our Northern Districts and Hills Districts portfolio and providing a high level of service to prospective tenants.

The Role
n
Working each Saturday, you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections for our rental properties
n
- Presenting properties professionally and confidently to prospective tenants
n
- Engaging with prospective tenants and answering property-related enquiries
n
- Providing clear and detailed feedback following each inspection
n
- Keeping accurate records of attendance and applicant interest
n
- Liaising with our Property Management and Leasing teams throughout the day
n
- Ensuring every prospective tenant receives a professional and positive experience with Stone
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident, friendly and professional
n
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
n
- An excellent communicator who enjoys dealing with people
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Proactive and able to manage a busy Saturday inspection schedule
n
- Interested in real estate and delivering a great customer experience
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Previous customer service, sales or real estate experience preferred
n
- Experience with Inspect Real Estate is advantageous, but not essential
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
n
