Reliability Engineers - FIFO & Brisbane Based

With exciting opportunities ahead across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and New South Wales, we are currently seeking experienced Reliability Engineers in Fixed Plant, Heavy Mobile, and Electrical asset spaces.

About You

n

To be successful in these roles, you will bring:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Reliability, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
n
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
n
- Strong experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP or Pronto
n
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports and technical presentations
n
- Demonstrated success in implementing reliability and asset performance improvements
n
- Practical experience in Defect Elimination, FMECA, and RCM frameworks
n
- Track record of driving initiatives that reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance team culture
n
- Competence in developing and improving Asset Management systems and processes
n
- Skills in condition monitoring, equipment health analysis, and critical spares assessment
n
- Project management experience related to reliability initiatives
n
- A passion for safety and promoting a safe working workplace
n
