We're looking for an experienced M365 Engineer to join a lean technology team with a significant pipeline of Microsoft and end-user computing work ahead. You'll take ownership of the more complex M365 and endpoint challenges, help mature the Intune environment and support a range of upcoming technology projects.

This is a hands‐on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving problems properly, improving environments and bringing current ideas to the table.

About the Role

n

n
- Manage and optimise Intune as the organisation expands its modern device environment.
n
- Support the transition from SCCM and legacy Group Policy towards Intune.
n
- Improve the SOE and broader end‐user computing environment.
n
- Support Exchange Online, Teams,



OneDrive and the broader M365 environment.
n
- Take ownership of complex M365 and endpoint escalations from Service Desk.
n
- Work with Security across patching, endpoint controls and related initiatives.
n
- Mentor a junior Systems Administrator and provide technical guidance where required.
n

About You

n

n
- Strong hands‐on experience as an M365 Engineer or in a similar Microsoft‐focused role.
n
- Deep Intune administration and engineering experience.
n
- Strong End User Computing and modern workplace knowledge.
n
- Good PowerShell scripting skills, particularly across Intune and application deployment.
n
- Experience with application packaging, SOE management and endpoint troubleshooting.
n
- Experience moving from SCCM / Group Policy towards Intune would be highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, networking or security would be beneficial.
