Requirements

n
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-service focused roles.
n
- Must hold, or willing to obtain, an Employee Working with Children Check.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students.
n
- Be able to travel between our Bankstown and Croydon store
n
- Proficiency using computerised retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
n
- Availability during the peak back-to-school period (15 January – 15 February each year) is essential, including ability to work extended hours and additional days.
