About the Role

n

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant or Sales Manager to join our Erina team full-time. You'll be the face of Coastal Design — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our range of furniture and homewares, with a focus on custom timber pieces.

Depending on your experience, this role can be tailored as a Sales Consultant position or a Sales Manager role with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

n

Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on furniture, homewares, and custom-made pieces.

n

Prepare detailed quotes and follow up on customer inquiries from first contact to after-sale service.

n





Build long-term relationships with clients, designers, and builders.

n

Maintain a beautifully presented showroom that reflects Coastal Design's brand and style.

n

Work closely with management on product displays, promotions, and marketing ideas.

n

(For Sales Manager level) Lead and motivate the sales team, manage daily operations, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.

About You

n

Experience in furniture, interiors, or homewares sales (custom furniture experience highly regarded).

n

Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

n

Eye for design and passion for helping clients create beautiful spaces.

n

Reliable, organised, and confident working independently and in a small team.

n

(For Sales Manager) Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team.

n

Computer skills (POS, CRM, and email communication).
