About the role

n

Our client, a leading Government organisation are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you'll help coordinate the operational delivery of ICT services across a complex technology setting.
n You'll be the key link between customers, technical teams and external providers, managing incidents, escalations, service activities and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate ICT incidents, faults and service desk escalations through to resolution
n
- Act as a key operational contact for customers, vendors and stakeholders
n
- Coordinate technical teams and external service providers
n
- Support hardware asset management, lifecycle activities and minor works
n
- Track operational risks, issues, actions and service performance
n
- Coordinate service reviews and operational meetings
n
- Maintain service documentation, procedures and knowledge articles
n
- Support service planning,



reporting, contracts and budget activities
n
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
n
- Contribute to broader ICT projects and initiatives
n

Skills and Experience

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience across ICT service delivery, service management, managed services or ICT operations
n
- Strong experience managing incidents, problems and escalations
n
- Experience coordinating technical teams and third-party vendors
n
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service environments
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Confidence running operational service meetings and managing competing priorities
n
- Strong documentation, risk and issue management capability
n
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
n
- Experience within large, complex or government environments will be highly regarded.
