The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team.

n

Supporting our Design Team, you will contribute to the preparation of Development Application and Detailed Design documentation across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. With a strong focus on Revit modelling, technical detailing and quality assurance, you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality documentation outcomes that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

n

Contribute to the delivery of Development Application and Detailed Design documentation across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

n





Develop Revit models and high‐quality construction documentation packages.

n

Produce technical drawings, presentations and project deliverables that support successful project outcomes.

n

Apply your technical expertise to ensure documentation meets industry standards and project requirements.

n

Participate in quality assurance processes that support the delivery of high‐quality design outcomes.

n

Work collaboratively with a talented and experienced design team to bring projects to life.

n

About You

n

Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design.

n

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

n

Demonstrated experience delivering documentation for commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial or mixed‐use projects.

n

Advanced Revit skills are essential, with AutoCAD experience highly regarded.

n

Working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards.

n

Robust attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.

n

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.

n
