We are working with a highly regarded MNC, with a established legal team and an excellent work stream / team in place. This is a current role to support APAC business leaders, based in Singapore (regional HQ).

Responsibilities

n

n
- You will play a lead role in supporting APAC focused transactions teams, from origination/structuring through to negotiation /closure.
n
- You will support in-country leaders on a range of commercial / energy focused agreements.
n
- You will work closely with regulators to ensure key legislative/compliance changes are taken into account throughout on-going transactions.
n
- You will work across key / complex markets in Asia, such as Japan and Korea.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 7 - 12 PQE
n




- Strong background in energy / transactional work
n
- Tier 1 law firm training, ideally with either secondments and/or In-House exposure
n
- Ability to work across the region and examples of running lead on complex negotiations
n
- Ability to work regionally and also in a global matrix organization
n
