We are seeking Production Operators for a delicious desserts and snacks client based in Ingleburn!

Your duties will consist of the following (but not limited to):

- Filling, Batching & Packing
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
- Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
- Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
- Communicate with support departments including Quality,



Maintenance and Material handlers - elevate in case of deviations and issues.

To be considered for these positions, you will:

- Have Full Working Rights
- Be physically fit
- Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms.
- Computer literate
- Team player and valuable communication skills
- Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Working along the production Plan and equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Have a reliable vehicle
