The Curl Lab is Sydney's specialist salon for wavy, curly and afro hair. Our clients travel from all over NSW to see us, our books are consistently full, and we've just moved into our beautiful recent home at The Wave in Marrickville. We're education-first, premium-positioned, and growing quickly, with a product line, an academy and international plans on the way. As the company grows, so does this role, there's real room for growth here.

We're looking for a Senior Stylist to join our team, part time or full time for the right person. This role is also perfect for someone who has been in the industry for a while and is ready to take the next step into a senior role.

What you'll be doing

- Cutting and styling curly hair to a specialist standard (we provide full in-house training in our method)
- Delivering a premium client experience from consultation to finish
- Building a loyal column of clients who travel to see you




- Supporting salon standards, teamwork and our weekly huddles
- Retail recommendations that genuinely help clients (with commission on top)

About you

- Fully qualified hairdresser (Cert III minimum) with solid salon experience
- Curly hair experience is preferred but not essential, we have in-house training and will teach you our method
- Organised, warm with clients, and great in a small team
- You want somewhere you can grow long term, not just a chair
