Outstanding Ocean Road Brewing in Torquay seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead the Torquay Taphouse. You will guide daily operations, manage and develop the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a lively, beer-focused setting.

As a hands-on leader on the floor, you’ll drive service excellence, plan events, and collaborate with owners and kitchen staff to grow the venue’s presence on the Surf Coast.
