- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

- Support patients, families and carers through education and advocacy.

- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and services.

What you need

- You are a motivated clinician who thrives in a team workplace and is committed to delivering compassionate care.

- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
n
- Current practising certificate.
