About the Role
n
We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist to provide psychological therapy to a varied client population.
n
The role will primarily involve individual psychological therapy, with opportunities to work collaboratively with other clinicians and, where appropriate, provide group-based interventions.
n
Our caseload is diverse and may include clients with neurological, neurodevelopmental and complex mental health presentations, including:
n

- ADHD
n
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
n
- Dementia and cognitive decline
n
- Stroke
n
- Epilepsy
n
- Sleep disorders
n
- Acute and complex psychiatric presentations
n
- Complex trauma
n
n
This role may particularly suit a psychologist interested in developing experience with presentations that are not always commonly encountered in traditional private practice.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
n
- Currently registered as a Psychologist, or with Clinical Psychology endorsement, or currently undertaking the Clinical Psychology registrar program
n
- Experience providing evidence-based psychological therapy across a range of mental health presentations
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- The ability to build rapport with clients and families
n
- A team-oriented approach to working with other health professionals
n
- An interest in neurological, neurodevelopmental or complex clinical presentations
n
- Current Working With Children Check, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
n
- Current legal right to work in Australia
n

- Competitive salary: $110,000-$140,000 plus superannuation, pro rata, depending on experience, endorsement status and stage of the Clinical Psychology registrar program (if applicable)
