The Role

We're looking for a mid-level graphic designer with strong experience across a range of digital design disciplines.

n

It's not just about making things look valuable, we're looking for someone who understands how design contributes to performance, engagement and overall campaign results.

n

You'll work closely with our strategy team, lead designer and wider creative team, with the confidence to manage your own tasks and contribute ideas along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Video Editing & Paid Social Creative

n

n
- Create and edit short-form video content for paid and organic social
n
- Design high-quality ad creatives for platforms like Meta
n
- Take ownership of your creative output and iterate based on performance and feedback
n
- Contribute ideas to improve creative and campaign results
n

n

Client & Marketing Assets

n

n




- Design email (EDM) campaigns and supporting assets
n
- Create polished social media graphics aligned to brand direction
n
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
n

n

Web Design (UX/UI)

n

n
- Design website layouts and landing pages in Figma
n
- Apply strong UX/UI fundamentals to create transparent, user-friendly experiences
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring designs to life
n

n

Branding & Graphic Design

n

n
- Work on branding and visual identity projects from concept to rollout
n
- Design brand assets, guidelines and campaign visuals
n
- Translate brand direction into cohesive, high-quality design work
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3-5+ years design experience, ideally in an agency environment
n
- Strong branding and digital portfolio
n
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
n
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
n
- Experience creating paid ad creative
n
- Able to take direction and iterate quickly
n
- Commercially aware, understands design that converts
n
