Robinson Civil Group (RCG) is a well-established, family-owned civil construction company based on the Atherton Tablelands. We deliver road construction, rehabilitation and civil infrastructure projects throughout Far North Queensland, with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

We're currently looking for an Experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our civil constructions crews across regional and remote project locations.

n

The Work

n

This position is specifically suited to an experienced grader operator with robust final trim capability and a sound understanding of road construction, pavement and earthworks.

n

We're looking for demonstrated experience in:

n

Final trim grader operations

n

GPS and/or UTS machine control

n

Road formation and pavement construction

n

Earthworks and civil construction

n

Working accurately to levels, tolerances and project specifications

n

Experience operating additional plant such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, rollers or backhoes will be an advantage, as will an HR or HC licence and civil truck-driving experience.

n

While multi-skilled operators are highly valued at RCG, final trim grader experience is the key requirement for this role.

About You

n

You'll be an experienced grader operator who takes pride in producing accurate work, understands the requirements of final trim and is comfortable working as part of a civil construction crew.

n

You'll need:

n

Demonstrated grader operating experience in civil construction, roadworks or earthworks

n

Construction Industry White Card

n

Current driver's licence

n

A strong commitment to safety

n

Ability to work away from home on regional and remote projects

n

Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing

n
