About the Chance:
n Casual positions are available for highly motivated Kitchen Hands to join our team. Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.

Main Role Responsibilities:

n

- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
n
- Provide assistance to the Chefs
n
- Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher
n

n

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
n
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
n
- Demonstrated organisational,



time management skills
n
- Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
n
- Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
n
- Possess a positive "can do" attitude
n
