LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing workforce across mining and civil projects. If you're a motivated operator with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Enjoy a 7/7 roster, accommodation and meals provided, competitive rates, and ongoing work with a growing Queensland contractor. These roles are DIDO roles only.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment safely and efficiently while contributing to productive site operations. This role offers ongoing work, a strong safety culture, and the opportunity to work across diverse mining and civil projects.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, graders and moxy's
n
- Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks.
n
- Work safely and comply with site policies, procedures, and regulations.
n
- Complete earthworks,



excavation, loading, hauling, and other site operations as required.
n
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure productive project delivery.
n
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and equipment issues.
n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental compliance.
n

- Excavator, Grader, Loader and Moxy - Statement of Attainment
n
- Mining Experience
n
- Standard 11

- Coal Board Medical
