We are seeking experienced Formwork supervisor with a strong construction back round for Brisbane and Gold Coast projects starting in January 2027.

Long Term Work.

In this role you will

n

n
- Plan and coordinate daily construction activities for efficiency and safety
n
- Drive quality assurance processes and maintain compliance across site operations
n
- Lead and support the team and suppliers with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Build and nurture solid stakeholder relationships — internally and externally
n
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
n
- Manage ITPS and Quality assurance processes
n
- Prepare and hold daily pre start meetings and weekly toolboxing meeting
n
- Report and communicate to head office daily
n

Experience and Qualifications

n

n
- Trade Certified in Carpentry/Formwork
n
- Experience with multistory, high rise projects
n
- Experience with all Formwork Systems ie ischbeck, Doka, Peri
n
- Attractive Annual Salary + Company Ute & Fuel Card
