Top CBD Mid-Tier firm seeking an experienced Client Service Administrator to join the Business Services & Tax team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys client contact, administration, compliance and working closely with professional advisers.

n

You'll be an integral part of the team, supporting Directors and clients while keeping administration, workflow and compliance activities running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Managing client enquiries and correspondence
n
- ASIC annual reviews, company changes and incorporations
n
- Coordinating client approvals and outstanding information
n
- Assisting with billing, workflow and job administration
n
- Supporting ATO administration and compliance processes
n
- Maintaining accurate client and company records
n




- Supporting the wider Business Services & Tax team
n

n

About You

n

n
- Ideally you'll have 3+ years' experience in administration, client service or professional services.
n
- ASIC and corporate secretarial processes
n
- Company structures and compliance
n
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines
n
- Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive, professional and confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
