We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a growing construction team delivering projects across Tamworth and the surrounding region.
n This is an ongoing casual contract for an initial 6–12 months, working Monday to Friday, with a start available in approximately 2 weeks.

About the Role

n

Working closely with site and project teams, you will support the safe delivery of construction works across multiple projects. Responsibilities will include:

n

- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations
n
- Reviewing SWMS, risk assessments and HSE documentation
n
- Supporting toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inductions
n
- Monitoring site compliance and implementing corrective actions
n
- Assisting with incident reporting and investigations
n
- Working closely with supervisors, subcontractors and project management
n

n

About You

n

To be considered, you will need:

n

n
- Previous HSE/WHS experience within construction
n
- Must be based locally in Tamworth or the surrounding area
n
- Cert IV, Diploma or relevant qualification in WHS/HSE
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
n
- Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and safety documentation
n
- Solid communication skills and ability to engage effectively with site crews
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Available to commence within approximately 2 weeks
