As their business continues to expand, they are looking for an Operations, Warehouse & Procurement Assistant. This is a diverse, fast‐paced role where you'll play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently behind the scenes.

About the Role
n
As the Operations, Warehouse & Procurement Assistant, you'll work closely with multiple departments across the business, helping maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating procurement activities, supporting sales administration and contributing to a well‐organised workplace.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics
n
n
- Take ownership of the organisation and presentation of the warehouse
n
- Receive, label, store and dispatch equipment and stock
n
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing hardware, deliveries and client assets
n
- Arrange couriers, freight and equipment transfers
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records across office locations, vehicles and storage areas
n
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment
n
- Support stocktakes and inventory accuracy
n
n
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
n
n
- Source and order IT hardware, software and business equipment
n
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
n
- Liaise with suppliers, distributors and vendors
n
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices
n
- Maintain supplier records and preferred purchasing processes
n
n
Asset Management
n
n
- Maintain accurate records of company assets
n
- Track equipment, tools, devices and software licences
n
- Coordinate asset allocation, returns and audits
n
- Assist with stock reconciliation and reporting
n
n
Sales Administration
n
n
- Support the sales team with quotations and order processing
n
- Assist with quote follow‐up and customer communications
n
- Coordinate order handovers and delivery updates
n
n
Office & Business Operations
n
n
- Help maintain a professional, organised office environment
n
- Coordinate office supplies and workplace facilities
n
- Support internal administration and business operations
n
- Assist with travel bookings and event coordination
n
- Answer incoming calls when required and provide excellent customer service
n
- Finance admin related duties such as raising invoices following approved quotations, supporting basic accounts administration, processing payments where required, and maintaining accurate financial and procurement records
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and supporting multiple areas of a growing business. You'll ideally bring:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- A professional and friendly phone manner
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- A hands‐on attitude and willingness to assist with warehouse and inventory tasks
n
- The ability to work independently whilst collaborating with the wider team
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, procurement or logistics
n
- Experience within an MSP, technology company or professional services environment
n
- Exposure to quoting, purchasing or sales administration
n
- Experience using CRM, PSA, inventory or accounting systems
n
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing or vendor portals
n
- Experience coordinating freight, couriers or equipment logistics
n
- Basic accounts or invoicing experience
n
