Grand Avenue State School OSHC is looking for a Senior Educator to join our Leadership Team!

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Supporting the Leadership Team with the day-to-day running of the service.
n
- Creating and coordinating our Senior Club program each term.
n
- Supporting educators through mentoring, guidance and qualified leadership.
n
- Building positive relationships with children, families and our wider community.
n
- Assisting with compliance, quality improvement and service development.
n
- Helping create a safe, inclusive and fun environment for everyone.
n
- Acting as a Responsible Person, including confidently opening and closing the service.
n

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about children and creating positive experiences.

- A confident communicator and natural team player.
n
- Organised, proactive and able to think on their feet.
n
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems.
n
- Positive, approachable and ready to support others.
n
- Committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
n
- An ACECQA-approved qualification.
n
- A current Blue Card.
n
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
n
- GECCKO Child Safe Training – Stage 1 & 2,
n
- Experience in a child-related setting is highly desirable.
n

The Details

- Full-time | Permanent | 76 hours per fortnightI Worker Retention Payment
n

We will also have an Assistant Manager (Mat Leave) position coming up in the next 4-5 weeks
