About the Role

n

- Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone and via email
n
- Prepare quotes, process orders and respond to customer enquiries
n
- Assist with purchasing, receiving stock and general administration
n
- Pick and pack orders, restock shelves and help with general warehouse duties
n
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and look for opportunities to grow sales
n
- Help with occasional local deliveries and check in with other customers nearby to pick up extra orders

About You

n

Trade sales, hardware, industrial supply or hands-on trade experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you have a great attitude, learn quickly and are confident with customers, we'd still like to hear from you.

- Confidence dealing with tradies and understanding what they need
n
- Valuable customer service, communication and organisation skills
n
- The initiative to take ownership and look for sales opportunities
n
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across the branch
n
- A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n
