HQ Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality collective that owns and operates iconic venues in Melbourne; Arbory Bar & Eatery, an all-day eatery and bar adjacent to Flinders Street Station and the Yarra River (Birrarung); Afloat, a summer-loving temporary floating restaurant and bar on the Yarra River (Birrarung); HER, an entire building dedicated to dining, drinking, art and music in the heart of the CBD and Straight Up Cocktails our ready to serve batched cocktails.

About the role

Hands on role, delivering a consistent and outstanding dining experience

n

You can remain calm and organised during service periods

n

You will be creative and contribute to an everchanging seasonal menu

n

You will take ownersip and be responsible for your section

n

You will have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards

n

What we are looking for

A passionate chef, who is motivated, engaged and eager to keep learning

n

Your just as comfortable cooking a burger as tyou are a rib eye

n





Resilience to perform in a high performing busy kitchen

n

Team player, who thrives in a collaborative and communicative workplace

n

Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
