With a strong pipeline of commercial, residential and mixed‑use work, we’re expanding our civil design capability in Helensvale.

We’re seeking a Intermediate to Senior Civil Designer with expert-level 12d capability and strong experience across commercial, residential civil design & land development . This role suits a designer who wants ownership, technical influence, and the chance to shape civil delivery within a collaborative, high-performance team.

About the Role – Civil Design (12d Pro)

You will lead and contribute to civil design packages for land development, commercial and residential building projects, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Typical projects include:

- Commercial building developments
- Residential estates
- Mixed-use developments
- Urban infill and redevelopment sites




- Siteworks supporting structural building projects
- Land subdivisions

This is a civil design role focused on development and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver civil design packages using advanced 12d modelling
- Prepare siteworks, earthworks, drainage and services designs
- Produce civil drawings, documentation and mark-ups
- Assist with concept, tender and construction documentation
- Undertake design analysis using industry software
- Attend client and project team meetings
- Contribute to project delivery within scope, time and budget
- Participate in internal design reviews and QA processes
- Assist with technical documentation and reportingCollaborate with structural and civil teams across offices
- Provide guidance to Graduate Designers/Engineers where appropriate

About You

You’re a motivated civil designer with strong development-sector experience and deep capability in 12d . You want to step into a senior role where your technical skill and judgement genuinely influence project outcomes.

You will have:

- 5–12+ years civil design experience in consultancy
- Expert to Highly advanced proficiency in 12d
- Strong experience in land development, commercial or residential civil design
- Solid understanding of siteworks, drainage, earthworks and services design
- Experience producing civil drawings for development/building projects
- Proficiency with CAD platforms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to apply sound engineering judgement
- Commitment to professional development
- Working toward Chartered or RPEQ (advantageous but not essential)
